I have to thank Andrew Webb for helping me come up with what I believe is a trustworthy saying:
“We do not place our trust in experiences/circumstances that conflict with what we believe (the Word of God), but we TREASURE the ones that confirm it.”
Much could be said about this, but I will leave it for you to ponder on your own.
I will, however, throw in this verse:
Ephesians 3:18-20 (New Living Translation)
18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
